Finally was Born the New CUP Polishing Wheel, produced by M.L.I. “Mole Lucidanti Italiane“,
also studied in collaboration with the
University of Bologna.
The new range of CUP polishing wheels that simplify the way you work on STRAIGHT-LINE EDGERS, DOUBLE-EDGERS and NUMERICAL CONTROL machines.
The challenge (SFIDA) was not easy, in the market there are already several companies that produce CUP polishing wheels.
For this reason we have collaborated with the best engineers and we started to collaborate with the engineers of the University of Bologna.
Bologna is an excellence in Chemistry and Mechanics, the world knows the great companies, like the “Ducati”, the “Lamborghini”, that brought this city to be known in every corner of the world and the University of Bologna is among the most prestigious.
Thanks to our hard work and the support of the University of Bologna we have created the new product line at CUP Eco Polishing Wheels.

The TS and TM complete the range of the Eco CUP polishing wheels and are available with various GRANES.
As I said to you for the creation of these cup polishing wheels there was a long study lasted years, my goal wasn’t to enter the market with a polishing wheel like all the others already on the market, but with an evolution both in terms of materials that of performance, with particular attention to the environment.
As in the case of the peripheral polishing wheels EcoWonderWheels, the objective was clear:
excellent performance and attention to the environment.
The products that make up our Eco CUP polishing wheels are different from those already on the market, they start from a study that was made based on the analysis of the objectives that we wanted to achieve.

What do I mean by anyone?

I started to visit the glass factories that I was 17, now I’m 44, I really saw a lot of them, from the smallest to the giant and this allowed me to get specialized training in the field of grinding and polishing 360 degrees.
I come from the world of resinoid and metallic diamond wheels, I know perfectly how they work and how they leave the glass, this makes me better understand what kind of work a good polishing wheel needs to make.
When I go to a glass factory I carry with me all my skills on every step of glass processing, from cutting to polishing, this allows me to better understand the work and give appropriate advice.
